How does CheerNotes work?
We curate our card collection from indie card companies. We'll print your message into the card and send it for you! If you'd like to order multiple cards to be sent to you blank, you can do that also!
Can I write anything in my card?
Yes, for the most part. Please avoid anything threatening, harassing or defamatory. We're all about helping people nurture relationships.
Will you print my cards in a language other than English?
We support nearly all the Latin characters and hope to expand our capabilities in the future.
Do you send the cards to my recipients for me?
Yes! We print, prepare and mail the card for you directly to your recipient.
Do you use real stamps?
100% US Postal Service first class stamps.
Do you also sell e-cards?
What if I want the cards sent directly to me?
No problem! We will send the card directly to you either blank or with your custom message if you included one.
What is the turnaround time for my order?
Can I track my card?
How long does it take for my cards to reach my recipients?
It typically takes 3 - 7 days. We send cards using USPS for single and multi-card shipments.
Can I expedite my cards?
Unfortunately not at this time. We hope to add that service very soon! If you're in a rush, contact us
Can I send cards internationally?

If I make a mistake with my order, who do I contact?
Contact us quickly! We can make changes to your order for you as long as it hasn't been printed and mailed. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How did you select your designers?
We searched for companies with cards that we think are missing in most drugstore, grocery store, and even boutique card sections. We started with a variety of artists and will continue to increase our partnerships! Learn about our current partners by clicking Our Artists.
Are you sustainable?
Do you store my credit card information? Is it safe?
We only store the last four digits of your credit card and the expiration date to ease your purchase process. All of your sensitive card information is stored by Stripe, a highly regarded payment processing company that prioritized your data security.
How can I update my account information?
Once you're logged in, click on the outline of a person to access your account (top right hand corner). All your information can be edited here.
How do I change and/or reset my password?
Click on the account figure leading to account > Login Information, edit and save the changes.
Can I get email alerts of my contacts' upcoming birthdays?
Unfortunately, not right now but that is a key feature that we will have available soon!
