Wholesale Terms & Conditions
The minimum for opening orders is $75. The reorder minimum is $50.
HOW TO ORDER
You can order in a few different ways. Pick whichever method suits you best:
- Order online at cheernotes.faire.com or cheernotes.com/order
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the SKU, quantity, your phone number, and shipping address. You can receive an electronic invoice or request to give payment information over the phone.
- Call me directly at 717.623.1421 to place your order.
Orders ship from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 1-3 business days after the order is completed with payment. We can also accommodate orders with a future ship date.
Shipping is charged at the time of shipment based on market rate. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground and international orders are shipped via USPS. Alternate accommodations can be made if needed. International deliveries usually arrive within 2–4 weeks (barring unforeseen delays in customs). International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes due for customs clearance once the shipment reaches their country.
If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately.
PAYMENT TERMS AND BILLING
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx). All invoices will be sent electronically with a payment portal via email@example.com unless you are ordering through Faire, which manages invoices.
DISPLAY AND PACKAGING
All CheerNotes products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as individual cards. If CheerNotes products are sold online, credit must be given to CheerNotes in the product description. Retailers may not sell CheerNotes products on third-party online platforms (i.e., eBay, Amazon, Etsy) without obtaining prior permission from CheerNotes.
Returns, Exchanges & Damages
Report any issues with your order within 5 business days of receipt. Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. We do not accept general returns. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any issues so we can figure our how to best serve you!
