Order Minimum

The minimum for opening orders is $120. The reorder minimum is $80.

 

HOW TO ORDER

You can order in a few different ways. Pick whichever method suits you best:

 

SHIPPING

Orders ship from Michigan typically within 4-7 business days after the order is completed with payment. During TradeShow Season and the Winter Holiday Season, please allow 7-12 days for fulfillment. We can also accommodate orders that need expedited shipping or with a future ship date, please include a note in your order if using our wholesale portal.

 

Shipping is charged at the time of shipment based on market rate. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground and international orders are shipped via USPS. Alternate accommodations can be made if needed. International deliveries usually arrive within 2–4 weeks (barring unforeseen delays in customs). International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes due for customs clearance once the shipment reaches their country.

 

If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately. 

 

PAYMENT TERMS AND BILLING

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, etc.). All invoices are immediately payable through our system unless you are ordering through Faire, which manages invoices.

 

DISPLAY AND PACKAGING

All CheerNotes products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as individual cards. If CheerNotes products are sold online, credit must be given to CheerNotes in the product description. Retailers may not sell CheerNotes products on third-party online platforms (i.e., eBay, Amazon, Etsy) without obtaining prior permission from CheerNotes.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Damages

Report any issues with your order within 5 business days of receipt. Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. We do not accept general returns. Please contact wholesale@cheernotes.com with any issues so we can figure our how to best serve you!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the pack sizes?

Cards and stickers come in packs of 6. Bookmarks, notebooks and notepads come in packs of 4. Boxed sets are sold individually. The pack size and pack price are shown on every product, and the add button adds one full pack.

Can I order now and have it ship later?

Yes. Add a note to your order with the date you would like it to ship. This is how most holiday orders are placed.

Can I get an order faster?

Yes, choose an expedited shipping method at checkout. You can also leave a note with your order so we can fulfill it ASAP.

Do you offer samples or tester products?

Please ask in the order note.

Something arrived damaged, short, or wrong. What do I do?

Email wholesale@cheernotes.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Tell us what arrived and what should have, with a photo if you have one. Defective items are exchanged for product or credit.
