Navigating Our First Trade Show: CheerNotes Takes on SF NOW

CheerNotes made its debut at the Noted and SF NOW trade show in San Francisco last month. The greeting card expo and gifting show was our first foray into the world of trade shows, and boy, was it a ride!

The show was our first experience with a lot of things - creating our first catalog, designing and setting up our booth, and preparing to make a stellar impression. The challenge was intense, but absolutely worth it.

We connected with fellow paper enthusiasts, met our artist partners in person, and conversed with retailers from all over the country. We even had an amusing incident where Asha, our owner, forgot her blazer for the pitch and borrowed one from the kind Amy of Keller Design Co.!

The days were long and filled with activities - exchanging business cards, jotting down notes for follow-ups, and reflecting on our performance. And while there were hurdles, the support from our community was overwhelming. We weren't alone in our endeavor, and that made all the difference.

And let's not forget the exciting news - we're planning to expand our product range! We've been hinting at this for a while, and now it's becoming a reality. We're introducing gift bags, notepads, notebooks, and more, and we can't wait to share them with you.

The trade show was more than an event. It was a stepping stone that has given us a push towards growth, new connections, and exciting plans for the future. And as we navigate this journey, we look forward to bringing you along with us.
